Sorry I was absent for a while, Im in the middle of doing GCSEs and I was banned from this site for 5 months to study D:
Ive been going on this site constantly for 4 years and to be honestly It was nice to have a break from worrying about commissions. ~

Anyway to the main point:

If I owe you a commission I'm certainly happy to give you a full refund along you have proof that you paied me
With art trades If I do owe you a picture IM SO SORRY ABOUT THE DELAY D;;;; I'll try and get that done as soon as I have time on my hands.
